Locatie
Op de Bonskazerne (zie https://www.bonskazerne.nl) gebeurt momenteel veel, het wordt een bruisende plek. Er zijn en worden diverse huur- en koopwoningen gerealiseerd, waaronder zelfbouwopties en een Knarrenhof. Daarnaast biedt de kazerne werkruimte aan kleine ondernemingen en zzp’ers en is er inmiddels een boeiende mix ontstaan van horeca (zoals een ijssalon en een filmcafé), ateliers van kunstenaars en regelmatig georganiseerde exposities.
De kazerne groeit uit tot een inspirerende enclave waar wonen, werken en cultuur samenkomen. Dit alles omgeven door een groene omgeving, het water van de Maas, de voorzieningen te Grave en de steden Nijmegen en Den Bosch in de buurt.
Onze droom
Het is onze droom om met een groep geïnteresseerden in gebouw-A acht à tien koopwoningen te realiseren. Als kernwaarden hebben we daarbij geformuleerd: actief betrokken, met respect voor jezelf, elkaar en de omgeving.
We zoeken mensen die dit plan met ons willen vormgeven en uitvoeren. Mensen die niet alleen een woning zoeken, maar ook willen bijdragen aan een gemeenschap. Er is nog volop ruimte voor ideeën en eigen inbreng. Zodra we voldoende geïnteresseerden hebben die zich willen verbinden aan dit initiatief, kunnen we doorpakken en hopen we binnen een jaar te starten met de realisatie.
